 CDL Permit
9 hr course
The purpose of this course is to prepare potential drivers with the information needed in order to obtain a CDL Permit.

 CDL Behind The Wheel Training
For individuals who have the appropriate Permit. The purpose of this training is to prepare the individual for their upcoming Road Test. Behind the wheel "time" may vary and will be determined on case by case basis.

 Driver Pre service
3 hr course mandated by the NYSED.
Required before transporting students.
The purpose of this course is to teach you what you need to know to begin service as a New York State School bus driver.

 Driver Basic Class
30 hr course mandated by the NYSED.
Must be completed within the 1st year of employment.
Comprehensive safety and operational training.
May offer insurance discount or points reduction.

 Driver Advanced Class
10 hr course mandated by the NYSED.
The purpose of the advanced course is to help Veteran School Bus Drivers do their job safely.
May offer insurance discount or point's reduction.

 Driver/Attendant Refresher
2 hr course mandated by the NYSED.
Required on a yearly basis.
The purpose of this course is to remind or "refresh" both Drivers and Attendants on a particular Safety Subject.

 Accident/Breakdown Procedure
1 hr course
Serves as a basic guide for what to do in the event of an accident or breakdown. Steps covered include: injury assessment, securing the vehicle, collection of pertinent information and protecting yourself as well as company interests.

 Winter Driving
1 hr course
Covers most aspects of foul weather driving as it relates to School Bus operation.

 Wheelchair and special needs
3 hr course
Open to both drivers and attendants
Covers how to protect and secure passengers that travel in wheelchairs. Working with clients and passengers with special needs. Addresses pre kindergarten travel and car seat installation.

 Charter Driving
1 hr course
Covers basic aspects of the responsibilities associated with charter driving.

 DOT Log/ Paperwork
1 hr course
This course focuses on the attention to detail required for all documentation. It serves as a "how to" in properly completing Driver paperwork and remaining in compliance with the appropriate agencies.

 Student Management
2 hr course
Designed for Drivers and Attendants who are required to transport school children. Offers a foundation and protocol for how to deal with varying student behavior.

 Boces CPI Training
Two, 4 hour classes
Entry level instruction addressing how to prevent and handle difficult situations with younger passengers.

 Arc Skip Training
Two, 4 hour classes
Similar to CPI Training listed above but with a concentration on the adult passenger. How to prevent and handle difficult situations with adults.
